$2000/MONTH
Content Writing + Social Repurposing Package
Four blog posts a month, repurposed across four major social platforms — plus two industry publication mentions. Focus on business, while we build your brand in the background. Let's grow your reach steadily and build you a sustainable long-term brand.
What it is
Most real estate firms underuse content. One article gets published and posted once on LinkedIn, then it disappears. It doesn't reach audiences on platforms like Facebook or Instagram because no one on the marketing team has the time to repurpose each content piece into multi-platform content.
This service turns four laser-targeted blog posts into platform-specific content across LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram — plus guest publication mentions that place your brand and you in front of audiences already paying attention to real estate and lending conversations.
Why it works
Content marketing feels slow because most people measure it wrong. They publish four posts, check traffic after 30 days, see nothing dramatic, and stop. What they miss is what was building underneath: indexed pages accumulating authority, social posts reaching warm audiences in their feed, guest mentions creating backlinks and brand impressions in trusted outlets.
Most firms quit creating content before momentum compounds. Rankings take time. Audience familiarity takes time. Inbound opportunities take time.
This package keeps your brand consistently visible long enough for search traction, social recognition, and referral-driven conversions to compound — without adding more operational work to your plate.

THE PROCESS
RESULTS AND EXPECTATIONS
Do you actually know real estate? What's your background in real estate investing and private lending?
Yes — this is the only niche BoldREcontent works in. Most writers can research real estate terminologies but very few writers understand how real estate investors and private lenders actually talk. With over 10 years writing exclusively for REI and private lending companies, I do.
And as the chief writer and editor at BoldREcontent, I infuse that technical understanding into all of our deliverables. Major real estate clients and publications I worked with in the last five years include RealWealth, Kiavi, Bankrate, HouseCashin, SparkRental, Mashvisor and more.
How long before I see results?
Social engagement typically picks up within the first 30–60 days. SEO results compound over 6–12 months. That's the nature of organic search. Clients who stay consistent for 12+ months see the most significant traffic and lead generation gains (when the right lead capture mechanisms are set up). The first 90 days are about building the foundation and calibrating the strategy.
But we often advise clients to prioritize mentions over traffic and clicks. Optimizing for clicks might be the wrong strategy in today's SEO landscape. Mentions across blog, social, AI platforms, industry publications, Reddit, and review sites essentially make your sales team's job much easier and help you build a solid brand that can withstand the impact of changing algorithms and AI. Here's what we believe: besides mentions and leads, all other content metrics are actually just "vanity metrics".
What does the onboarding process look like? How do you learn my brand voice?
The first month of content serves as a calibration period — revisions are expected and encouraged until the voice is locked in. Before we start working with you, you'll provide us your brand voice document if you have one. If you don't, we'll look at 5-10 of your prominent blog posts and social posts to build out your brand voice document along with some tentative CTAs that can be reworked for each article.
We'll share this document with you before we begin — to ensure adequate first-touch calibration. We'll also ask about your brand's color palette and design principles. If you have a brand guide or kit ready, you can just send this over before we start working together.
Does this work if I'm in a hyper-local or niche market (e.g., hard money lending in Idaho)?
Especially well, actually. Hyper-local and niche content is where smaller operators consistently outperform major platforms like Zillow. Rocket Mortgage, for example, can't draft a content strategy specific to hard money lending in the Southeast, or multifamily investing in Boise. That specificity is your competitive advantage — and for you, that's exactly what this package will build upon.
How much of my time will this take each month?
You decide how much time you'd like to spend per month. After the initial calibration period, if you hired our VA, you'll literally only have to approve submitted projects. Once you give approval, the VA designs your assets, sticking to your brand guidelines — and schedules your posts.
We work with a virtual assistant company, not individuals. So you'll be assigned a specific VA for your projects and can collaborate with them. Essentially, you could devote just a week out of every month to quality content production and content approvals instead of having it take up all your time.
How is this different from hiring a content agency?
Agencies typically assign your account to a generalist writer, add account manager overhead, and produce content that could belong to any industry. BoldREcontent is a specialist operation for real estate investment and hard money lending firms. You're not getting a commodity service managed by someone who needs to Google what a DSCR loan is.
Who writes the content — you personally, or do you outsource to other writers or AI?
Over 50% of content is human-written by me (Agnes Gaddis). Sometimes I do enlist the help of premium writers with 5+ years of writing experience who have acclimated to my process. AI may be used for research assistance and initial ideation, but every deliverable is written, reviewed, and edited by a human specialist. That's what "human-written" means in this context — not AI output with light edits.
How do you decide what topics to write about?
We work on the topics you send to us. If we feel you need help with this, we can offer free assistance. Topics are driven by SEO research, your target audience's search intent, pain points, objections, and desires. We also research your main competitors to find gaps to target. Each quarter, you'll receive a proposed content calendar before writing begins — you can approve it, swap topics, or add specific requests. The strategy is collaborative, not one-size-fits-all.
LOGISTICS AND COMMITMENT
THE UPGRADE QUESTION
Is this a monthly contract or a longer commitment?
The package is billed monthly with no minimum commitment required. You can sign either a month's, a quarter or a year's contract. But note that content results compound over time — a single month won't give the strategy room to work.
What happens if I want to cancel?
You can cancel at anytime. Just give a 30-days' notice before cancellation.
What exactly am I giving up vs. the $3,000 package?
The three things not included here: email newsletters (4/month), YouTube scripts (4/month), and Reddit contributions (4/month). If you have an email list, an active YouTube channel, or want your brand to appear more in Reddit conversations, those channels are worth adding. But if you don't need these yet, this package covers the distribution that matters most for you, for now.
Do you work with multiple clients in the same niche — could you be writing for my direct competitor?
BoldREcontent works with a limited number of clients at any time to maintain quality and avoid conflicts. If you're a hard money lender in a specific state or a REI firm in a specific market, that overlap will be discussed openly before onboarding begins. Competitor overlaps are taken seriously — the goal is a long-term partnership, not a revolving door of clients.
Can I start here and upgrade to the full package later?
Yes — and that's a common path. Many clients start with this package to establish the content rhythm and brand voice, then upgrade once the workflow is running smoothly and they're ready to expand distribution. The upgrade is seamless: same onboarding context, same voice, additional channels layered on.
Can I add the VA later, or does it have to be included from the start?
You can add the VA support at any point after onboarding. Many clients start with the core package to establish the content rhythm first, then layer in VA scheduling once the workflow is running smoothly. Just give 2 weeks' notice before the billing cycle you want it to start.
How will the VA keep my data safe?
The VA admin specialists at the company we work with work under NDA and NCA agreements. And they are also ready to sign any NDA agreement you provide. They use secure systems like LastPass to ensure the security of client data.
What's your process for creating the social media posts?
We have built a swipe file of top performing real estate investing and hard money social media posts, including LinkedIn posts, Facebook posts, IG posts, X tweets, and Threads posts. We use these successful templates when creating awareness posts for each of the blog posts. These posts typically surface a fact, an unconventional idea, or a step by step process to draw attention and lead people to the main blog page.
TRACKING
How can I track traffic from each channel?
You or someone on your marketing team can add UTM tags to all the links you use for promotion to track traffic by channel directly in Google Analytics. You can learn more about that here.
THE CONTENT PIECES
Do all 12 posts for each platform say essentially the same thing?
No — each post takes a different angle on the source content. One might lead with a statistic, another with a question, another with a contrarian take. The goal is three distinct entry points per platform per post, so the same audience member can encounter your content multiple times without seeing the same thing twice.
How do you write differently for Twitter vs. LinkedIn vs. Facebook vs. Instagram?
Each platform has its own format and audience behavior. Twitter favors short, punchy takes with strong hooks. LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram reward longer insight-driven posts that are visual-ready and engagement-oriented, with LinkedIn leaning towards a more professional framing than the others. The same insights contained in a blog post are adapted for each of these platforms.
What if I'm only active on one or two platforms?
The posts are written and delivered for all four platforms, but you only need to use what's relevant to your business.
Most REI and hard money businesses are more present on LinkedIn than other platforms. But if you'd like full multi-channel presence, we recommend leveraging all four channels for publishing, especially now that Google ranks social posts and features social posts on local Google Business Profiles. If you want to cut scope to specific platforms, that's still a conversation worth having on a call.
What exactly is a "guest publication mention"
A guest publication mention means your brand name, insight, or quote appears in an article published on an industry-relevant or high-authority website. This could be a contributed quote, a data citation, or a brand reference — not a full byline. The goal is visibility and link equity gain from publications your audience already reads.
Can't I just share my blog posts and links myself? Why pay you to do that?
Sharing a link is different from platform-specific repurposing. A tweet that works might not work as a LinkedIn post. This package writes social content natively for each platform. Plus, this is bundled with other offerings like content creation and guest article writing to help you build brand visibility and mentions. Doing all that on your own will take a massive amount of time.
Is the social promotion calendar just a spreadsheet, or do you actually schedule the posts?
The package includes a detailed scheduling calendar — specific dates, times, and post recommendations per platform. Actual scheduling and posting is handled by the optional VA add-on at $120/month extra.
Can I pause for a month if things get busy?
Yes you can pause at anytime. Just give a 30-days' notice before pausing. Pauses that extend beyond four months are treated as cancellations.
What does the VA add-on actually include?
The VA designs 12 branded graphics formatted for social sharing and schedules all blog posts and social content according to the promotion calendar. Scheduling covers all active platforms. Graphics are designed using your brand colors and assets — you'll need to provide a brand kit or style guide during onboarding if you want the VA service.
