Sitewide Content Refresh
You don't always have to start from scratch. We help you recover rankings and clicks from existing content, and reposition your old content for AI answers.
What it is
Volume without quality is a liability in YMYL (Your Money or Your Life) industries like real estate. AI can produce real estate content fast. It also produces a lot of content that instantly signals, “this writer knows nothing about the topic.”
Not only that, AI content sounds robotic. Even after you've spent hours creating the best prompts, readers would start noticing the patterns your AI articles follow once they read the third one. That is if they stay around till then and don't scurry off to the next piece that doesn't sound as boring as yours.
Instead of just light editing, this service transforms your AI-generated draft into full human content by rewriting for clarity, verifying facts, adding stronger positioning (intros), making explanations clearer, and adding industry terms and real-world examples.
The final piece sounds like it was written by an industry insider — because it is. Your content is then optimized for both search engines and AI answer engines.
Why it works
Sophisticated real estate investors can easily spot weak content. Vague explanations, generic AI phrasing, and surface-level advice don't just hurt your SEO rankings, they actually signal to your audience that you're just winging it.
"I can clean it up myself" might work for sometime but it breaks down pretty quickly once volume increases. Moreover, light editing doesn't make your work human, it just makes it "lightly edited AI content".
Real editing requires knowing what's wrong — and knowing what an article needs. That's the gap this service fills: the speed of AI production, with the quality standard that comes from 10+ years of specialist writing for REI and private lending companies.
Human-edited content consistently outperforms raw AI drafts on dwell time, shares, and search ranking — not because search engines penalize AI, but because readers do.

ABOUT THE EDITING PROCESS
ONBOARDING AND DELIVERY
What's your background in real estate investing and private lending specifically?
We do real estate investing and private lending content exclusively. Agnes, the owner of BoldREcontent, has over ten years of experience working with companies like Bankrate, Realwealth, Kiavi, and more.
How do I submit my AI draft to you, and what format should it be in?
Google Docs is preferred — it makes tracked changes and comments easy to review. Along with the draft, share the target keyword, the intended audience, any sources you want referenced, and any sections you want preserved as-is.
Can you edit content that covers both residential and commercial real estate topics?
Yes. We edit both residential and commercial real estate content pieces with no hand-holding required.
How long does each edit take to turn around?
2-3 days turnaround per piece. For a bundle of four pieces, you can expect a max of 12-15 days turnaround time.
How much do you actually change? Will my original draft still be recognizable?
It depends on the draft. Some pieces need light restructuring and fact-checking. Others need a near-complete rewrite because the AI output is too generic or shallow to serve your audience. The goal is always the best-performing version of your piece — not preserving the original for its own sake. You'll see exactly what changed via tracked edits.
Do I get tracked changes or just a clean final version?
You receive the edited document with tracked changes visible so you can see exactly what was changed and why. Comments are added throughout to explain significant edits or flag areas for your review. A clean accepted version is also provided once you've approved the changes.
Do you preserve my brand voice, or does it start sounding like your writing?
Brand voice is preserved and, where possible, sharpened. Before editing begins, you'll share examples of content that represents your voice well. The editing improves clarity and depth without replacing your voice.
Do you edit content that's partially AI-written and partially human-written?
Yes. The edit covers the entire piece regardless of the origin of each section. Mixed drafts are common and handled the same way as fully AI-generated content — every section is evaluated on quality, accuracy, and niche relevance.
FIT AND COMMITMENT
SCOPE AND PRICING
Can I send pieces inconsistently — some months three pieces, some months none?
Yes — the pay-as-you-go structure is designed for exactly that. There's no minimum monthly commitment. Submit when you have drafts ready. If you're editing consistently at volume, bundle pricing is available and may be worth discussing.
Does it matter which AI tool generated the draft — ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini?
No. ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Jasper, or any other tool — the editing process is the same regardless of the source. What matters is that your draft is of acceptable quality — not gibberish or low-value content. That will ensure we have something to work with and can create standard, high-quality outputs.
Does the $150 cover pieces of any length, or is there a word count limit?
$150 covers pieces of up to 2,000 words; longer pieces are priced on request.
If I edit regularly with you, will you start to learn my voice so less back-and-forth is needed over time?
Yes — significantly. The first collaboration requires the most back-and-forth. By the third or fourth collaboration, the voice, preferred structure, and content standards are well-established, which means fewer revision notes and faster delivery.
Do you handle images, formatting, or internal links — or just the copy?
The service covers the written content: copy, structure, SEO elements, and formatting recommendations. We might add some internal links too. But images and CMS publishing are not included in the base editing package unless discussed separately.
Do you add sources and citations, or just verify that existing claims are accurate?
Both. Existing claims are verified and corrected where needed. New facts and data points are added with sourcing recommendations. Whether citations appear inline or in a reference section depends on your preferred style — noted during onboarding.
Do you handle different content types — blog posts, landing pages, email sequences, social captions?
Yes. But the above pricing is for blog posts. Reach out for a custom quote if you would like to rewrite content types like email sequences, social posts or web pages.
Do you use AI detectors?
Yes. While they aren't all reliable, there are some good ones. We often check drafts with GPTZero and Originality to see how much AI-speak is in the text. While these tools aren't infallible, our work mostly pass them because they are actually human-written.
How do I give feedback if I want changes to the edited version?
Leave comments directly in the Google Doc, or send feedback in a follow-up email — whichever is easier. Each piece includes one round of revisions.
Is there bundle pricing for editing multiple pieces per month?
Yes. 4 pieces/month at $500; 8 pieces at $1,000. This requires a month-to-month commitment.
How does this compare in cost to hiring a full-time editor or a generalist freelancer?
A generalist freelancer doesn't know the niche. Hiring a full-time editor on freelance basis costs between $1,000 - $5,000+ per month. This service offers a middle-ground where you save on costs, get the experience of a decade-experienced real estate writer without losing the efficiency gains of AI.
