SEO + AEO Strategy Review
A complete audit of your existing content and your competitors' — plus a clear, prioritized roadmap for what to fix, what to write next, and how to start appearing in AI-generated answers.
What it is
Most real estate and lending websites have more content problems than they realize — and most of those problems are fixable without publishing a single new piece. Weak title tags. Missing bottom-of-funnel topics. CTAs that don't convert. Content that ranks for nothing because it doesn't fulfill search intent.
This review gives you a complete picture of where your content stands today: what's working, what's underperforming, what your competitors are doing that you aren't, and what to prioritize next. It also covers AEO — structuring content to appear in AI-generated answers from tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews.
Why it works
Most real estate content efforts fail because they aren't built on a solid strategy. Targeting the wrong topics or wrong search intent. No bottom-of-funnel coverage. No conversion path.
This review analyzes your whole content strategy and maps out what needs to change for both individual pieces and at the entire site level. We don't just look at your own content pieces, we compare your content strategy against your competitors to see where they outrank you and why. We'll find those gaps that are quietly costing your firm traffic, leads, and visibility.

ABOUT THE AUDIT
PROCESS AND TIMING
How do you analyze 200 posts — is that automated or manual?
The sitewide analysis combines both. Technical SEO signals — title tags, meta descriptions, word count, internal linking patterns, indexing status — are assessed systematically across your full blog.
The 10 in-depth posts are fully manual: read, assessed for niche accuracy, evaluated for SEO, AEO and conversion potential. We provide the insights gleaned and actionable to-dos in a spreadsheet and Google Doc and review them with you during a 30-min call.
How long does the review take to complete after I pay?
The review takes between 7-10 days to complete.
How do you decide which 10 posts to assess in depth?
Selection is based on a combination of traffic potential, ranking position, and business relevance — typically the posts closest to page one that could realistically rank higher, the posts that drive the most traffic but convert poorly, and any posts you specifically flag as priorities. You'll have input on this before the deep dives begin.
What do I need to provide to get started?
Your site URL, your 2–3 primary competitors (or confirmation that you're happy for those to be identified during the analysis), your target audience description, and any specific concerns or goals you have going in.
Google Search Console access is helpful but not required — it speeds up the sitewide analysis significantly if you can share it. Here's how to do that. Again, this is optional.
Do I pick the competitors, or do you?
Both. Our sitewide analysis will surface which sites are outranking you for your target keywords — those become the competitors. You can confirm or adjust before the competitor analysis begins.
What happens after delivery — can I ask follow-up questions?
Yes — clarify questions about the recommendations within a two-week window after delivery. You're also allowed to schedule a walkthrough call with us if you need further clarification about anything.
What does "in-depth assessment" actually mean — what are you looking at per post?
We are looking at the quality and depth of your writing, how well your major pages perform in terms of EEAT, how well they meet search intent, AEO readiness and where each post ranks in AI search, plus conversion elements you could surface in your posts.
What does "AEO readiness" mean in practice when you're reviewing a piece?
AEO readiness means assessing whether the content is structured for AI answer engines to extract and cite.
Specifically: does it have a TLDR or key takeaways section near the top? Does it use clear question-and-answer formatting in FAQ sections? Are the most citable facts stated directly and early? Do at least 2 or 3 of the headings mirror how people phrase queries? Each of these is checked and flagged per piece.
FIT AND VALUE
THE DELIVERABLES
My site is fairly new and doesn't have much content yet — is an audit useful at this stage?
If you have fewer than 10–15 published posts, the sitewide analysis won't surface much pattern data, and a full audit may not be the best use of $750 yet.
A better starting point might be a consultation call to discuss and plan out your content strategy before you publish loads of content that don't speak directly to your target customer.
I already use an SEO tool like Ahrefs or Semrush — what does this add that those don't?
SEO tools surface technical data — keyword rankings, backlink counts, domain authority scores.
They don't give you actionable information. They can't tell you if your CTAs are misaligned or your main content piece isn't fulfilling search intent. You need a specialized content marketing expert with ten years experience for that.
Do you audit landing pages and service pages, or just blog posts?
The standard scope covers blog content. We don't audit landing pages or service pages.
Is $750 the price regardless of how large my site is?
Yes. If your posts are more than 200, we pick out the top posts from your different categories, up to a total of 200 posts — and start analysis.
What if my site has fewer than 200 posts — does the price change?
No. We'll assess all your posts. And since you're still probably in the early stages, instead of 10-20 competitor posts, we might look at around 50 competitor posts to give you a more grounded idea of what competitors are doing.
Can I order this more than once — for example, six months later after making changes?
Yes — a re-audit 6–12 months after implementing the recommendations is smart. It measures progress against the previously identified baseline, identifies new gaps that have opened up as competitors keep creating content, and refreshes the keyword map and AEO plan for the next content cycle. The flat rate applies each time.
What format does the audit come back in — a document, a spreadsheet, a slide deck?
The full content audit and competitor analysis are delivered as a Google Doc with per-post sections, each containing specific recommendations. The keyword map is delivered as a Google Spreadsheet. The AEO domination plan is a separate Google Sheet with a step-by-step implementation doc. Everything is shared via Google Drive.
Is the keyword spreadsheet ready to hand to a writer, or do I need to do more research first?
Yes — each keyword entry includes the topic, the suggested angle, the search intent behind it, and why it's a strong fit for your specific audience and site authority. A writer or content manager can use it directly as a brief queue. If you hire BoldREcontent for writing afterward, this spreadsheet becomes what we build your content calendar on.
What does the AEO domination plan look like — is it a checklist, a step-by-step guide, or a general framework?
This is a seven-step AI readiness plan to help you dominate AI search queries.
It includes both Google sheet and Google doc files that contains queries you should be ranking for in platforms like ChatGPT (you should create blog posts that address these ASAP), existing low-hanging-fruit blog posts that can easily be optimized for AI, gaps you should cover for AI search domination, industry websites and review platforms you might want to consider getting mentions in, as well as a comprehensive schema plan for your blog, services and home page.
Is there a call to walk me through the findings, or just a written deliverable?
Yes. There's an optional 30-min walkthrough call included after delivery.
Is this actionable for someone without a dedicated SEO team?
Yes. Most of these are things we might be able to do for you or recommend a reliable professional for.
We'll rank recommendations for you based on potential value. You can always add your input or disagree with any recommendation at any time. But most of these will be explained so you can understand the reasoning behind each.
How do I prioritize the recommendations if there are a lot of them?
If I hire you for writing or editing afterward, do you use this audit as the brief?
Yes — and this is one of the strongest reasons to start here. The keyword spreadsheet becomes the content calendar, the per-post recommendations inform the refresh strategy, and the AEO plan shapes how every new piece is structured.
